Most trannies from the older up till 07 can be swapped between one another. You will need the ECU pertaining to that vehicle however to operate it correctly. The best trans for holding power is the Cl-S 6spd trans because it comes with an LSD. As most know the 2000-2003 TLs had numerous problems with their auto trannies pertaining to 2nd/3rd and are very unrealiable.

THE Legend Performance Chip

I know many people are interested but also curious as to whether it is a worthwhile or if the Telion Chip will work in and/or improve the performance of their car. Instead of accepting me saying it is a good mod it would be better to hear the feedback from a few other forum members. In addition to this please keep in mind that you are not limited to what I design; it takes about two minutes to swap the chip and you are only limited to what ever chips you have ...

J series Valve adjustment

*In 1999 Honda released the J32A1, J32A2, and J35A4 V6 engines that are found in the Acura CL, TL, and MDX as well as the Honda Accord V6, and Odyssey. This new V6 engine had a "screw and jamb nut" style adjustable valve clearance with an adjustment interval of every 105,000 miles. However if your engine has valve tick or is noisy you may want to have the clearances checked which could take up to 4hrs.

The j-series family is an all aluminum(except for sleeves) 60 degree engine created by honda after the C-series was discontinued. It was created in 1996 along with the obd II era. So far all these engines are SOHC style utilizing VTEC functions as well. Some engines also are equipped with VCM or cylinder deactivation to increase gas mileage. Some of the older engines in the honda accord were equipped with a distributer before it went to a crank/cam sensor.

The j series engines have came in ...

Only thing is PAIR pipe connection on the type1 that needs to be capped off on the exhaust manifold if swapping the type 2 intake manifold. Darton as well as LA sleeves make custom steel sleeves to make the block more rigid for high end power. Cams can be swapped between the 3.2 and 3.5 heads also.
